Item was shipped in a poly mailer and the box was crushed in transit. This was disappointing since I purchased it as a collector's item, but the seller was extremely responsive and suggested a fair solution. While it wasn't an ideal transaction, it's good to know that someone will respond quickly and fairly when the chips are down and that's worth a positive review in my book.
